Your Journey

You will play a key role in driving data & AI transformations, supporting teams as they design and deliver the next generation of intelligent solutions for our clients. You’ll immerse yourself in project specifics, conducting deep-dive analyses while maintaining a clear overview of the full initiative. You’ll help translate complex data & AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and ensure expectations are aligned throughout the journey.

You’ll support project teams in structuring and guiding data & AI workstreams, helping them navigate challenges and accelerate delivery. You’ll contribute to the success of each engagement by combining analytical thinking with strong communication, project awareness and a problem-solving mindset. And throughout your work, you’ll help your colleagues by bringing clarity, ownership and momentum to every data &AI initiative.

Your Team

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of data and AI strategies, operating models, and capability frameworks.
• Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and research to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
• Assist in shaping business cases and prioritized use cases aligned to client objectives.
• Support the creation of transformation roadmaps and help measure progress against outcomes.
• Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions.
• Translate complex technology and data concepts into structured, business-focused insights and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, and industry) to support integrated client solutions.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Assist our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs
• Experience in participating in client presentations & orals for proposal defense etc.
• Deep understanding of industry best practices in data governance and management
• Provide thought leadership to the downstream teams for developing offerings and assets
• Advise on technology selection and architecture for scalable Data & AI platforms.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI
• Proven track record in successfully delivering AI solutions within complex environments
• Evaluate and recommend tools for data management, analytics, and AI deployment.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.

We are looking for

• 5-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a closely related field (operating models, transformation, or business strategy) and program management.
• Exposure to data, analytics, or AI strategy (e.g., defining AI opportunities, governance models, or data-enabled transformation, capabilities).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience contributing to the design of operating models, process frameworks, or capability assessments.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready materials.
• Team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a growth-driven attitude.
• Language NL & FR & EN
• Experience in Financial and/or Public services is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
• Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market
